Impress Your Boss
Looking for a job these days is not so easy to do. The effort you put into looking for more than enough reason to take their work seriously, that’s what you managed to get a job. And one way to save your work to impress your boss. This may not seem right, but jobs are heavily dependent on human relationships, which means that your relationship with your boss and what you can work.
So how do you impress your boss and he sees his skill and devotion?
Time – Being on time is one of the things that the head will always be sought in its employees. If your boss has established a deadline for a report or project, do everything possible so that you can submit a report or project on time.
Honesty – As the golden rule goes, honesty is the best policy. Honesty is another very important characteristic that the employee must possess in order to impress the boss. Even outside the workplace, honesty is very important. There are many bosses who for employees who are honest with them, even if it means that someone once gave up work. An honest worker, over time, of course, will be able to win the trust of his boss.
Care – This may seem absurd, but you read it right. Caring for others, of course, give you also mention to your boss. Caring for colleagues show your boss that you care not only for what you are doing, but for other people who contributed to the success of the company.
Credibility – When you gave your word, either a promise or not, do. If you do not keep their word, it creates a negative impression on your boss. Somehow, it makes you seem untrustworthy people. And it is definitely not good for your career.
