Healthy Living Tips

This winter season, it seems that affects everyone, especially with regard to the PTO and sick leave! With such abundant amounts of viruses and infectious diseases, circulating air in the winter, here are some simple tips from Eric Bridges (read more about Eric on his blog at http://www.eric-bridges.com), to keep you healthy in mind, body, and spirit!

1) Eat vegetables – not to be alone!
-Keep a fruit or veggie sticks – celery, carrots radishes, green or red pepper strips, apple, orange or pineapple slices. Store them in airtight containers or sealed bags – they last a week!

2) Dig that nut sack!
-Almonds, pistachios, sunflower and pumpkin seeds or walnuts, all medical heavy nuts, which can be bought wholesale for snacks. Raw to roast, if you can take it!

3) Stop sucking soda!
-Too much sugar and caffeine may cause you to fail during a major factor in the day. Replace this with some fizzy drink natural fruit juice, water, soy milk or milk mou!

4) fish and poultry make you howl!
Lower-fat meats like fish and chicken will help you keep that belly belted in. Pass these burgers in some experimental tilapia or tuna. Get your chicken baked. Do not chew fried fingers, if there is no other choice!

These factors are now motivating employers to integrate the work-life balance measures in their business strategy. Facilitate work-life balance is not corporate social work. This is extremely important that it makes business sense.

In the U.S., the concept of work-life balance so much in advance, they even have institutions like family and the work of the Institute (FWI). FWI is dedicated to providing objective information on work and family issues and problems faced by workers and employers to make informed decisions in government, business, community and family concerns groups. To this end, FWI conducts its own research, and supports the field work and personal life through the study researchers together, share information and collaborate on projects. In addition, there are state and public interest groups focusing on different aspects of work and personal life.
